Because you are in Christ, you are secure forever in the lavish blessings of God’s grace and mercy. Because Christ is in you, you are energized and enabled to accomplish every good work that God has for you. So when you find yourself in a tempest of shame and guilt because you failed…again, you have an anchor in the reality that you are in Christ. And when you find yourself exhausted and overwhelmed by the task before you, you have an engine in the reality that Christ is in you.  You in Him and He in you, the anchor and the engine, the mind-blowing reality of every believer’s personal connectedness with Jesus – this is the doctrine of union with Christ, and it’s foundational to understanding who you really are and how the Christian life really works. Whether you are a new Christian, an experienced Bible student, or somewhere in between, we hope you’ll join us for this verse-by-verse study of various New Testament passages that will help us understand and experience what it means to be “in Him.”
